My love for real estate started early. My grandfather was a builder and rental property owner in Connecticut, and I grew up on job sites helping him manage his properties. That hands-on experience gave me a lifelong appreciation for craftsmanship, ownership, and community.

Before becoming a full-time Realtor, I spent 10 years as a project manager in the custom homebuilding industry, where I learned every detail of construction and development — from foundation to finish. I then spent 8 years working in real estate at the state government level, gaining deep expertise in zoning laws, land use, and municipal regulations.

That background allows me to identify red flags early, protect my clients from hidden pitfalls, and guide them to make sound, low-risk decisions — whether that’s evaluating inspection reports, preparing a home for sale, or navigating complex zoning questions.

As part owner of T and A Developments, a local real estate investment company, I purchase and renovate distressed properties throughout Central and Eastern Connecticut.
