Jason Boice is a real estate agent in Central & Eastern Connecticut specializing in Hebron, Marlborough, Colchester, East Hampton, and Tolland. A Deep-Rooted Passion for Real Estate
My passion for real estate started early. My grandfather was a builder and rental property owner in Connecticut, and I grew up on job sites helping him manage properties. That hands-on exposure gave me a lifelong appreciation for craftsmanship, ownership, and community.
Before becoming a full-time Realtor, I spent 10 years as a project manager in the custom homebuilding industry, learning every phase of construction from foundation to finish. I then spent 8 years working in real estate at the state government level, where I developed deep expertise in zoning laws, land use, and municipal regulations.
That background allows me to spot red flags early, ask the right questions, and help clients avoid hidden pitfalls — whether that means evaluating inspection reports, preparing a home for sale, or navigating zoning and land-use considerations.
Investor, Advisor, and Neighbor
I don’t just sell homes — I invest in them too. As part owner of T & A Developments, a local real estate investment company, I purchase and renovate distressed properties throughout Central and Eastern Connecticut.
That investor perspective gives my clients an advantage. I understand real renovation costs, market trends, and what actually moves value — not just what sounds good on paper. Whether it’s identifying smart improvement opportunities or positioning a home for top-dollar offers, I help clients see beyond the surface.
