He was very personable and friendly and immediately made me feel like I was very important to him and I knew right away that he would guide us to finding our new home. Jason is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and houses in general. When we would meet at a showing he would always point out the good and bad things about the house and certain things we might want to address down the road if we were to purchase that particular house. He always made me feel like I was his number one priority! He has a particular strategy when making an offer to a seller that worked most effectively and got us our dream home. “I cannot recommend Jason Boice highly enough, particularly as a first-time home buyer! My fiancée and I had a unique situation in house hunting; we lived in Oregon and were specifically looking for a house in Eastern Connecticut. My partner can't fly, and driving cross-country and back is not cheap, so virtual tours were our best bet. We were concerned this would be a hassle but Jason made the whole experience so easy! He focused on our needs and wants, he was patient with us while we chose houses to view, and he was always quick to respond to our questions, despite the time difference and our schedules sometimes conflicting with his. Ultimately, he helped us secure our home with ease, and he advised us on how to properly negotiate down the asking price due to various repairs needed in the home. The entire mission was such a success, and though I feel this is likely our forever home, I hope that if we ever house-hunt again, Jason will still be available to us because I don't know if I'd trust anyone else, frankly! 10/10 would recommend to anyone :)”

“I can't believe it's already been almost a month since the closing of my condo! Jason Boice with EXP Realty made selling my townhome super easy for me from beginning to end. Whether it was a phone call or text, Jason was able to respond to my questions quickly. His team was amazing to work with, too. The drone footage and video content for the website were one of my favorite parts. They did a great job really making my townhome stand out. We had a lot of showings and a great turnout for the open house. It didn't take long before we had a handful of showings with interested new home buyers. Even after the sale was all done, Jason has called to check to see how I am settling into my boyfriends home, and asked if there was any documents I needed sent to me from the sales process.
