I wanted to take a moment to tell you a little about my background and why I'm positioned to serve you:
1) My grandfather was a builder and rental property owner. I grew up on job sites and helped him manage his rental properties. This is where my love for real estate began.
2) I spent 10 years as a project manager in the custom homebuilding industry learning about construction and development.
3) I spent 8 years working in real estate at the State Government level gaining knowledge in government regulation and municipal zoning laws.
4) I don't just sell houses, I buy them too. I am part owner of T and A Developments, a local real estate investment company that buys and renovates dilapidated houses to improve communities.
5) I am prompt, responsive and knowledgeable. I will work tirelessly to provide you with all the information you need to make the best decision for you and your family.
